Mid Century Ceramics A3+ Screen Print
Mid Century Ceramics A3+ Screen Print

This hand pulled screen print is inspired by my love of mid century ceramics. Hornsea, McCoy and West German ceramic silhouettes feature with 50's inspired woven textures and neon halftones.
This piece is screen printed in my home studio with 3 layers of acrylic ink in a limited edition of 10 prints.
Printed on my favourite creamy-coloured Munken paper by the paper wizards at GF Smith (300gsm - it's a heavyweight paper with a lightly textured surface)
You will receive the print only without a frame. Info on size and framing can be found below.

A3+ - 320 x 450mm - will fit in an off the shelf frame. I use Ikea Lomviken 40 x 50 black frames but find the mount is a little white so replace with a creamier mount.

Store in a dry environment. Would benefit from expert framing in UV protective glass

A3+ prints are wrapped in tissue, rolled and sent in a robust triangular tube. Flat postage can be requested at your own risk (I have had a couple of prints damaged when posted this way)

Earth Friendly Aims
Earth Friendly Aims
You will not find any plastic in Print Lass products.
All packaging is paper based and in most cases, recycled.
Art papers are from sustainable sources or recycled
I use a small transparent paper band to secure greetings cards instead of cello bags and the cello bags I use for prints at events are compostable (I roll all prints ordered online and send in a triangular tube).
Care is taken in the printing process, to limit water use and waste water is filtered through a guppy bag to stop any micro particles entering the waste water system (particularly in the use of gold ink).
