Shipping policy
Standard free delivery is with Evri 48 - You can upgrade to Evri 24 for an extra fee. Please note that all Royal Mail options will not get collected until the next day (even if you select Tracked 24) as I have to pre-book the collection the day before.
Despatch times
The Print Lass aims to dispatch all orders within 2 working days (I work Monday to Friday 9am-3pm):
- Orders will be dispatched the following day (Evri last collection is at 1pm - Royal Mail charge extra to drop off at the post office and free collections must be pre-booked a day in advance)
- Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following day - Royal Mail parcels will take a further day to be dispatched (meaning an order requesting delivery with Royal Mail that is placed after 3pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Tuesday)
You will receive a dispatch confirmation confirm by email when your order has been shipped.
Shipping to the UK
Shipping is free for all orders over £10 - sent via Evri which takes 48hrs and is tracked.
Orders under £10 cost £2.25
You have the option to upgrade shipping - Upgrade options include:
Evri Next Day, Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24.
During peak times and during any scheduled industrial action I may add or change the options.
Shipping Internationally
I currently only ship to the US. Shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed which takes roughly 7-9 days.
The paperwork, shipping tax and export regulations involved in shipping to Europe is currently a headache. If this improves or I find a more simple way of doing it I will add European shipping in the future.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available free of charge to the bd22 7** & BD22 8** postcodes. Delivery or collection may be available to other local addresses with prior agreement. You can contact me by email or social messenger here.
Please allow 2-3 days for local delivery as I will need to arrange this around my busy family life.
