Refund policy
All Print Lass products have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items bought during November and December will have until end of Jan.
Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and in their original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
Requesting a return is pretty simple, just contact me (Nikki) by email at hello@theprintlass.co.uk. Please do contact me before sending back your item or I may not be able to accept the return. All return postage must be paid for by yourself but I will be happy to arrange for a prepaid postage label to be sent for faulty items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can investigate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a particular product..
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift vouchers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your return, we will check to make sure it is in good condition and contact you to confirm the refund is being processed (or let you know if there is a problem with the item). Refunds are automatically refunded to your original payment method. Occasionally it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
