1. Minimum order value is £100
2. Free shipping is provided for orders over £200 (£10 UK P&P otherwise). Usually shipped with Evri 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 48. Express shipping is available on request for an additional charge. 
3. Payment by bank transfer is preferred (credit card is an option when ordering online)
4. Opening orders will be charged on a pro-forma basis, with successive orders NET 14 days form receipt of invoice.
5. Prices do not include VAT.
6. Standard processing time is 3 - 10 working days. Larger orders may require more lead time, I will let you know the despatch date upon confirmation of your order. Please feel free to contact me for an exact turn around time before ordering.
7. Please notify me within 5 days of receipt regarding any damages or returns.
8. You are welcome to sell my work in your own physical and online stores. However, please note that selling my products on third-party marketplaces is not permitted. 
9. Personal and retailer information is held in the strictest confidence. I will only share or disclose this data with necessary partners, such as Royal Mail, to fulfil your order/s. 10. All images, logos, designs, and trademarks featured on my products and materials are the exclusive property of The Print Lass. Whilst I wholeheartedly encourage you to purchase and enjoy my products, please understand that the copyright and ownership of these creative assets remain with me. This means that the copyright is not transferred with the sale of any goods.
11. International buyers, please be aware that you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and fees that may be imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
12. Shipping for your orders always includes appropriate insurance coverage matching the value of the goods. However, kindly note that I cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping once the package has been dispatched.
13. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without incurring any charges. For cancellations made after 24 hours or once work has begun on the order, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the order value will be applied to account for materials and labour already invested. Please note that custom orders, once in production, cannot be cancelled and all cancellation requests should be submitted in writing.
14. Kindly note that due to the hand crafted nature of my products, there may be slight variations in colour and detailing compared to the images featured on my website and catalogue. These variations are normal and expected, adding to the unique charm and individuality of each item. 
15. If the products you have ordered are in stock and available, your order will be despatched within 2 working days (Monday-Friday). If they are being made to order (larger orders are likely to require this) then I will provide an estimate before payment is taken.
16. Exclusivity. I may not be able to process your order if I have already agreed to sell exclusively to another retailer in your geographical area. Exclusivity requests may be agreed at my discretion and require a minimum annual order.
17. It is your responsibility to ensure that products are not sold in a manner which may bring The Print Lass into disrepute, or through discount houses.
18. A dedicated online library of images is available for your use on social media or your website. You may take photographs of my work for your website or social media but any other photographs require permission (for press etc.) to ensure they align with my brand.
19. I retain the right to refuse an order at any time.
